How do I get Always-On Mail?
SEVEN Always-On Mail Internet Edition is available at http://www.workoutofoffice.com/software/always-on-mail/trial/  Please check that your email service supports POP, IMAP, POPS or IMAPS, that your mobile device is listed in the supported devices section of www.workoutofoffice.com and has full internet access over GPRS.

I did not get a registration code from my reseller
No registration code is needed. The activation code is created when installing the client.

I don't get an activation code
Please check your access point settings. Remember that the GPRS has to be activated in order to get the push feature functioning.

Please contact your service provider to inquire if they have locked the SIM card so that no additional sofware can be installed to it. Remember, that some service providers charge for opening the SIM.

Server test won't succeed
The email service you're using is not supported by Always-On Mail service.

If the test mail doesn't get to the mailbox quickly enough, the service goes into timeout state. Please perform the email server test again, and when/if the email is found by our server the service gets going. If the test always fails, your email service may not work with our software.

Synchronization won't succeed
If your inbox is very large, the synchronization may not succeed. Please configure your service so that only messages two days old and newer are synchronized. To configure your Always-On Mail Internet Edition service, sign in http://alwaysonmail.com/internet. If you have lost your password, request a new one on the same page.
