Always-On Mail  - Maximum number of days to store emails on the Always-On Mail client software

INFO

AOM Feature: 'Days to store emails'

The maximum number of days that can be used to store emails on the client is something that cannot be fully tested because of the many factors that are related to it. Probably the most important factor is the memory size of the device.

The maximum age allowed or able to "Keep emails less than" in Always-On Mail client is closely related to the phone memory size, i.e the phone capability to store emails depends of the memory size and thus of many other factors like email load, and email and attachment sizes.

As default the messages are stored in the phone's memory. However, In some devices it is possible to set the message store to be in external memory. This depends fully on the functionality of device specific native messaging clients.
